1.First Scope
For all contracts on oil and lubricant trading with consumers (§ 13 BGB) that are carried through our online store, subject to these terms and conditions (AGB).
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a transaction for a purpose that is neither commercial nor its independent vocational activity may be attributed.

2.Second Contractors, service

3.Third Contract
By setting the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract from this article. The contract is, by accepting by clicking the order button on the offer contained in the basket of goods. Immediately after submitting your order you will receive once a confirmation e-mail.

4. Shipping costs
Plus indicated on the product prices to be added: shipping costs. For details on the amount of shipping can be found in the bids.

5. Payment
Payment will be made in advance, PayPal account.
- Advance
With the advance payment, we will provide our bank details in the order and deliver the goods after payment.
- Paypal
You pay the invoice amount on the online vendor PayPal. You must be registered or register here first. After identification with the access you can confirm the payment instruction to us. For more information, contact the ordering process.
Bill
Only within Germany.

6.Pickup
We supply only the shipping route. A collection of the goods is not possible.

7.Pack Station
We do not deliver to packing stations.

8.Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment.

9. Damage
If goods are delivered with obvious damage claim, you ask such errors as possible immediately upon delivery and take please immediately contact us at. Consequences
