presto wood filler "styrene-free" is a two-component repair filler. With presto “styrene-free” wood filler, small and medium-sized areas of damage on wooden surfaces can be permanently repaired. The colored filler evens out holes and deep scratches in all types of Wood.

• Processing time at 20°C: approx. 7 – 8 minutes.
• Processing temperature: from 12°C
• Drying (at 20°C, 50% relative humidity):
  • Can be sanded after: approx. 30 – 40 minutes

  • approx. 33°C (spatula); Not applicable for hardeners
• Density at 20°C:
  • Filler 1.85 g/cm³
  • Hardener 1.15 g/cm³
• Addition of hardener: 2 - 4% (optimal mixture 2.5%)
• Temperature resistance of the cured material: 120°C
• Shelf life/storage:
  • 18 months if stored properly (=10°C - 25°C, relative humidity of max. 60%) in the original closed container. Protect from direct sunlight, frost and moisture.

Environmentally friendly: European Aerosols strives to use formulations without regulated or questionable ingredients, with the best possible performance. The tops and packing are made out of recycled material.

Disposal: Please only recycle empty containers. Dispose of drums and remnants at hazardous or special waste collection points. Only for DE: In order to ensure a high reuse and recycle rate, the legislature requires, in accordance with §15 - VerpackG, paragraph 1, the return of transport, sales or outer packaging, but alternatively, different agreements can also be made.

Labeling: All European Aerosols products comply with the current status of labeling regulations. The classification, classification and award are carried out in accordance with GHS or CLP 1272/2008/EC in the currently valid form. The safety data sheets comply with REACH 1907/2006/EC, Article 31 and Annex II, in the currently valid form.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Always read and observe the warning texts carefully before use!

Application:

• The surface to be filled should be rust-free, clean, dry, free of grease and sanded.
• Remove the required amount of material from the package and mix well with the appropriate amount of hardener (For one work step, we recommend: mix approximately a walnut-sized amount of filler and a pea-sized amount of hardener paste.).
• Apply the mixed material in the desired layer thickness. After about 30-40 minutes, the filled surface can be drilled, sanded, sawed, filed, primed and painted.
• Clean tools immediately after use, if necessary wash with nitro thinner.
• Do not return mixed material to the can.
