APPLICATION:
Divinol Surface Premium KS is a concrete release agent for pre-cast factories. This product can be used for high quality fair-faced concrete surfaces, as well as self-compacting and colored concretes.
Divinol Surface Premium KS is especially suitable for heated and unheated steel formworks, as well as for all absorbent and non-absorbent formwork.
Divinol Surface Premium KS is preferably used as delivered by spraying. Please consider low flash point.
STORAGE:
Recommended storage temperature: +5 °C up to max. +40 °C. Protect from strong sunlight. Store opened containers closed. If stored properly, it will last for at least 3 years.
NOTE / ATTENTION:
Close packing after withdrawl to avoid evaporation of the solvent parts and to protect it from soilings!
Contact of the product with zinc-coated materials or zinc must be avoided.
MISCELLANEOUS
Consumption:
Depending on the type of formwork (absorbent, non-absorbent) approx. 5-20 g/m².
Processing:
The formwork must be pre-cleaned and dry. Divinol Surface Premium KS is sprayed evenly and thinly with a high-pressure sprayer or with automatic spray systems at 4-6 bar. Avoid accumulation of release agents. Concrete can be poured immediately after spraying.
