Liquid formwork wax especially for first treatment of wooden formworks
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

- based on low-aromatic solvents

APPLICATION:
Divinol Schalwachs HFP is mainly used for wooden and plastic-coated formworks as well as for steel formworks (tongued and grooved rough boards), especially for initial treatment of the wooden formworks.
Divinol Schalwachs HFP is rain-resistant. When using the product you will receive clean and even surfaces.
PREPARATION OF THE EMULSION:
Divinol Schalwachs HFP may be applied with a brush, rollers or cloth. The consumption is about 40-60 g/m2 depending on the structure depth.
STORAGE:
Divinol Schalwachs HFP is sensitive to frost. A storage temperature of > 5° C is recommended. Protect from strong sunlight. Store opened containers closed. Shelf life of at least 1 year if stored properly

Processing:
The formwork must be pre-cleaned and dry. Divinol Schalwachs HFP is sprayed evenly and thinly with a highpressure sprayer or with automatic spraying devices at 5-6 bar. Avoid accumulation of release agents.
