eni AQUAMET LMX-EP, 190 Kg

eni aquamet LMX - EP is a mineral oil containing, water emulsifying cooling lubricant concentrate for the general machining.

Properties and Performance:

• boric acid free, amine containing cooling lubricant
• free of formaldehyde cleavage
• polar lubricity improver allow the processing of aluminium
• very good technical stability and thus long emulsion operation times
• stable and low foam emulsion with waters of 5°dH to 30°dH

Applications::

eni aquamet LMX - EP is a water emulsifying cooling lubricant concentrate for the general machining such as turning, milling, drilling and sawing of cast iron, alloyed as well as unalloyed steels, aluminium and partially non-ferrous metals. Due to a special and high-quality emulsifier system, modern technology and excellent lubricant components eni aquamet LMX – EP is versatile applicable. The product is successfully applied in soft and hard water.

Recommended application concentration according to application and material:

• general machining starting 5,0%
• severe machining starting 10 %
• Refractometer factor 1,1

Indications:

The product meets the requirements of the TRGS 611 Section 4. Please observe the valid VDI Guidelines 3035 and 3397 (1-3) as well as the Regulations of the TRGS 611 Section 5 for the application. When mixing always give the concentrate into the water, a more homogeneous emulsion is achievable by using an automatic mixing unit. A frostfree storage is necessary to maintain the functionality of the cooling lubricant concentrate.

The product is a water hazardous liquid. The occupational medical precautions have to be observed according to GefStoffV (Ordinance on Hazardous Substances) §15, §16 and annex V.

The BG (professional society) regulation 143 - operations with cooling lubricants - has to be observed for a safety operation.
