Vasco 7000 is a water-miscible, boron, formaldehyde, zinc and chlorine-free high-performance ester oil-based cooling lubricant.
Area of application:
High-performance product, suitable for difficult-to-machine metals such as titanium, nickel-based alloys or cobalt-chrome alloys as well as for heavy-duty machining of cast iron, steel and aluminum alloys. Also suitable for grinding applications
Use concentrations:
Variable use concentrations of 3 - 15% (Refractometer reading: 2.1 - 10.7)
Best results grinding applications 3 – 5% (casting min. 4%) (refractometer reading: 2.1 - 3.6)
Best results machining applications 7 – 10% (Refractometer reading: 5.0 - 7.1)
The optimal foaming behavior is achieved with a hardness of 15 - 25°dH (270-450 ppm). When filling with soft water, it must be hardened for optimal foam behavior.
