B-Cool 675 is a water-miscible, chlorine-free, semi-synthetic coolant with a low mineral oil content. The product is characterized by extremely low consumption.
Area of application:
The B-Cool 675 is suitable for light to heavy cutting and grinding of cast iron, titanium, steel and aluminum alloys. B-Cool 675 can be used in individual machines and central systems.
Note:
The product does not include*:
Chlorine, heavy metals, secondary amines, silicone, bactericide, formaldehyde, nitrosamines, glycol ethers.
*The chemicals listed are not part of the formulation, but traces of them cannot be completely ruled out.
Use concentrations:
Variable use concentration of 3 - 15% (Refractometer reading: 2.1 - 10.7)
Best results grinding applications: 4 - 5% (refractometer reading: 2.8 - 3.6%)
Best results in machining applications: 7 - 10% (refractometer reading: 5.0 - 7.1%)
The product can be prepared with soft and hard water. In foam-critical applications, a water hardness of at least 650 ppm (36°dH / 65°fH) or 90 - 180 ppm (5°dH / 9°fH - 10°dH / 18°fH) per 1% concentration is recommended.< /p>
