Eni Hydrauliköl PRECIS HLP-D 46

Hydraulic fluid based on mineral oil with detergent effect and zinc free additive package against corrosion, oil ageing and wear.

Properties and performance:

Eni PRECIS HLP-D ZFR - hydraulic fluids are designed with special agents due to the application of high-quality solvates. Polar inhibitors give this pressure fluid considerable better gliding properties than regular standardized lubricants. Hydraulic fluids with detergent effect have better affinity and cleaning properties than conventional hydraulic fluids.

The distinct wear protection, the high ageing stability, the optimum adjusted air release properties and the excellent corrosion protection are some of the outstanding characteristics. A special emphasizing character of these hydraulic fluids is the ability to absorb moisture without endangering the corrosion protection. Larger quantities of water will be eliminated under control.

Application:

Eni PRECIS HLP-D ZFR - hydraulic fluids are suitable for hydraulic pumps and aggregates where HL, HLP or HLP-D oils are prescribed by the manufacturer. They can be applied in hydraulic drives, in infinitely variable or hydrostatic and mechanical transmissions the same as electric multi-disk clutches.

Due to their high pressure absorption capacity these hydraulic fluids are suitable for the applicationen in precision hydraulic systems, machine tool controls and hydraulic presses with high efficiency.

Wherever parts of equipment are endangered due to moisture precipitations or conglutinations, e. g. in hydraulic systems or on slide ways of machine tools and at the supply of pneumatic tools, these products are well-tried and reliable.
